A large home with vast spaces dictated moving through the renovation in a phased approach. The existing property felt cold, so we strategised to warm it up. Key elements in achieving this were the engineered timber flooring, which connects beautifully with the warm tones of the kitchen. This area surpasses the practical and moves to the sublime. The seamless look of the integrated fridge, all-storage pantry, additional sink, and stunning Super White dolomite natural stone all tie together perfectly; the stone splash back grounds the space while simultaneously adding an additional aesthetic. It was important to link the office/library zone, to the kitchen/living area, so we used Ankara limestone to bring the components together.  New Saviour limestone cladding on the fireplaces in the family space and formal living zone as well as integrated storage combines to create a minimalist but refined visual. A bar area throws in a vintage concept with cool modern styling, but one feature that really brought the joy of design to another level was the custom integrated stone basin in the powder room. At over two metres long and crafted from Tokyo Elite marble, the aged brass tapware and influx of natural light make this a calm and beautiful space.
